Who are we? | APAR
The Association for Entrepreneurship from Romania represents a platform for entrepreneurs who wish to make a difference in their businesses as well as in their business environment. Therefore, APAR promotes the Entrepreneurial Training Workshop, biz-matching events, seminars and conferences on entrepreneurship.
Our mission | APAR
We act as agents of behavioural change for our target group, for our members and for the society that we are living in. We would like to be the block start of the new entrepreneurial elite in Romania and to bring together people who generate evolution by sharing experiences and by presenting a fresh and innovative approach to business culture.
Our values | APAR

The board of APAR
The board of APAR is constituted by entrepreneurs with diverse experience in business. The main challenge of the Board of Directors is to have a positive impact on the target group of our organization, on the members and consequently on the whole world through the activity that it coordinates.
The evolution of APAR
The idea of setting up an association dedicated to supporting business initiatives and made up exclusively by entrepreneurs was generated during a meeting within an entrepreneurial development programme. Consequently, on the 9 of June 2007 the Association for Entrepreneurship from Romania was founded in Timisoara, by the founders Angelica Galusca, Cosmin Grapini, Dan Iliescu, Gelu Turcitu, Liviu Rusu, Mihaela Marinescu, Manuela Mihai, Oana Horotan, Ovidiu Sturz, Simona Zamfir and Sorin Matei.
